After 49 years…

After 49 years of practicing law, I have decided to retire before the end of 2023. As a result, we are no longer accepting new clients, nor undertaking new matters for existing or previous clients.

I will continue representing current clients, with the expectation that any open matters will be resolved by the end of the year.

For the immediate future, I can be reached by my email address ( dain@devenylaw.com ) and will continue to receive mail at my current office address of 1340 Woodman Drive, Dayton, OH 45432.

I will still be able to be reached by telephone at my current office number of 937-252-2030.

I have been referring potential new clients to Kirsten Knight. Ms. Knight can be reached at 937-479-9915 or via email at kirstenknightlaw@hotmail.com.

During my representation of you, I provided you with copies of all correspondence, pleadings and materials relevant to your case. You should have already received everything contained in your file. If you still wish to have a copy of your original file, please reach out to my office at the contact information above to determine whether it still exists. Most older files have been destroyed, any remaining files will be shredded on or after June 15, 2026.

I want to thank all my current and past clients for permitting me to represent you; I have had a very gratifying career.
